FAQs

Do you offer in – house alterations?
Yes, we do! We offer in house alterations and redesign services. Let us incorporate you something old into your something new. It’s so much fun!

 

How long do alterations take?
(Up to 12 weeks – Plan ahead)
We ask for you to make an appointment at least twelve weeks before you wear your gown. However, we have done alterations in one week, overnight and in one afternoon. Yes, there is an additional cost for RUSH services.

 

Do you have Black wedding owns or something other than white/ivory?
Yes, we have Black wedding gowns.  Yes we are able to change the lining color to something other than white/ivory.

Dress Shopping

Should I make an appointment before I come to look at wedding dresses?
Yes. It is our job as stylist to know the silhouette, size and colors that each gown is available in. We know which designers offer custom changes. We want you, Our Bride, to create wonderful memories while finding the perfect gown.

 

What do your gowns cost?
We have a wide range in our price points. Informal gowns (no Train) and bridesmaids start at $300.00 and then they go to over $5,000.00 for a Couture formal gown.

 

What sizes do you have?
We have sizes 6 – 30 in our boutique for you to try on. We can order a size closer to your measurements and if needed a gown with custom length.

 

Can I buy a Gown off the rack?
Yes, you can! We have many beautiful wedding gowns for you to choose from.

The Styling Appointment

How long does the appointment last?
A bridal stylist will be there to help you find the perfect gown and dress you for 90 minutes.

 

What should I wear to try on wedding gowns?
You will have stylist help you dress. We ask that you bring a strapless bras and wear underwear or Spanx.

 

Who should I bring with me?
This is one of the most memorable times in your life. Bring loved one that will be positive and support your choices. We have had brides fall in Love with the very first dress they try on.
How many people can I bring with me?
Our sitting area will fit 4 people (adults and children) comfortably.

 

What if I want to bring more than 4 people?
Can’t choose who you want to bring. No worries. We offer Private Princess Parties where you can bring up to 10 people and have the store to yourself! Private Princess parties are available for a nominal fee that must be paid at the time of booking. The time/spaces are extremely limited. Be sure to Request a Private Princess Party in the comments section of the form, and be sure to tell us how many people in your party.

 

Can I bring children?
We know that children are an important part of your special day. We ask for you to have an adult that is going to be watching over the child(ren). Children must have headphones for any tablets/electronic devices they are listening to. No running, jumping or doing handsprings are allowed.
